Consultation or General Inquiry

ITS can consult with the Manhattan College community regarding various technology solutions.

25LIVE

25Live is Manhattan College’s web-based event publishing and scheduling software solution. 25Live enables users to view event information in real time and request the use of Manhattan College space 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any connected device.

A/V Event Setup/Support

ITS provides employees assistance with on campus A/V Event setups. Specifically LCD projector and laptop setups. Please note that for Off Hours event setup requests, 2 weeks notice is required.

Cyber Security & Fraud

Manhattan College takes Cyber Security and Fraud very seriously. Please use this service to report suspected Fraud or other Cyber Security Issues.

Equipment Loan

ITS will provide loaner equipment to employees.

Moodle

Moodle is Manhattan College's Learning Management System (LMS).

Digital Accessibility Training/Support

Digital accessibility is the practice of insuring that all people, including those with disabilities, can access and use electronic resources and communications.
IT Services can provide training and consultation support to Faculty and staff who are creating Digital Resources and need support in making these resources Digitally accessible.

ITS Service Reports

This service consists of a series of links to reports generated by our ticketing and project management system. It includes data with regard to our service delivery statistics but also contains information with regard to rooms that are currently facing technology issues.
