About
The CS&O Chat Bot is a virtual assistant that can help you with technology issues or requests. To access the CS&O Chat Bot, you must first add it to Google Chat. The Chat Bot can also be used on mobile devices using the Google Chat app. See the links below for more information on downloading the Google Meet app on iOS and Android.

Steps
- First, you must log into chat.google.com. Once logged in, select the + (plus) icon that is found next to BOTS.
- In the search page that appears, enter CS&O-ChatBot in the search bar at the top and select the Add button for the CS&O-ChatBot.
- Next, select Message.
- This will now add the Chat Bot to your Google Chat. Now you can select CS&O-ChatBot under BOTS to begin sending messages to the Chat Bot.
