This article explains how to create folders in Google Drive.
Environment
Google Drive on Web Browser.
Steps

Open Google Drive.

On the left side of the screen, press New, then press Folder.

Type your folder’s name and then press Create.

The new folder will appear under the folders tab on the front page of Drive.
