Hint: (Converting to a Google file is important to take full advantage of the tools in Google's application suite. For example monitoring of activity will not work if the file is not converted.)

Steps
- Navigate to the file that you wish to convert.
- Right click the file
- Mouse over "Open with"
- Click Google Application (Depending on type of file it would be Docs, Sheets or Slides. In this example we used Docs.)
