Steps

  1. Press the white wall mounted touch screen to get started.
  2. Select Video Conference
  3. Choose the appropriate layout. You can select preview layout to determine which layout works best. Layouts will be shown in below images.
  4. If you wish to control the center camera facing the students, you can do so by clicking No Tracking and then selecting Camera Controls. This will provide you with navigation buttons to control the camera as well as Zoom controls.
  5. In order to control the camera at the back of the room that faces the front of the room, go to the Google Meet tablet on the podium and click into settings. You will be able to swap camera by clicking the icon that looks like two arrows in a circle. Once the back camera is selected the camera controls become available to pan, tilt and zoom the camera.

Initial Menu

Layout A

Layout B. Chairs are placed in a semi circle with a row in the middle.

Layout C

Layout C is two rows

Camera Control for Middle Front Camera

Cross hair control to the left and zoom control to the right. Top button is zoom in and bottom is zoom out.
