Offline Access Not Working

Issue

You are unable to login to your computer offline.

Environment

Desktop or Laptop

Resolution

  • Ensure that you have Offline Access setup. Note that it must be setup prior to going offline for the first time.
  • Ensure that your computer and your phone have the same time. If not, fix so they both have the same time.
