This article reviews Banner Self-Service 9 My Hub where you can get certification of enrollment.
Environment
Banner Self-Service 9 in a desktop browser.
Steps
- Navigate to Banner Self-Service as you normally would.
- Click on the four square menu at the top left.
- Click Banner
- Click Student
- Click Clearinghouse Enrollment Services- MYHUB
- You may be prompted to login.
- You will be directed to the Myhub Terms of Use Page. You will need to review it, scroll to the bottom, accept, and click Next.
- You will now have to setup Multi Factor Authentication. Your options are:
- Google Authenticator
- SMS AKA Text Message
- Email
- Follow the onscreen instructions to setup your authentication option.
- You will have the option to setup more authentication options if you would like to do so.
- Once you have gone through the authentication setup process, you will be brought to the My Hub main page.
- Click on Enrollment History to view it.
Hint: (Note that certificates for each semester aren't available until approximately one month into that semester.)
- You will now see your enrollment history. Click the drop down arrow to the right of the certificate you wish to download.
- Click Download Certificate
- You will be brought to this screen where you can Download or Order Transcript.
