Across the Microsoft Suite, you will noticed that the applications tend to have what is known as the ribbon at the top to navigate tools and settings. This article highlights the ribbon.

Steps
- Enter your desired Microsoft Application.
- At the very top you will see the menu bar. Note that as you click across the top (Home, Insert, etc) the "ribbon" options change. Examples shown below. In these examples we used Word. The Home ribbon shows font and bullet options. The Insert ribbon provides options for inserting such as images and tables. The Layout ribbon shows layout options such as orientation and page breaks.
- You can always use the search at the top to find the tool or setting you need.
