In Teams you have the ability to have a discussion forum.
Environment
Microsoft Teams
Steps
- Navigate to the Team channel that you would like to interact with.
- Click the Posts tab at the top.
- Click the Start a post button at the bottom.
- Enter subject and body of message, similar to email.
- Click the Post button at the bottom right.
- You will now see your new post.
- To reply to a post, click reply at the bottom of the post.
- Type your message and click the send button which is located at the bottom right and looks like a paper airplane flying to the right.
