Flagging and Snoozing Messages in Microsoft Outlook. What's the difference?

In Microsoft Outlook you have the option to Flag and/or Snooze messages. When you Flag a message, you can flag it for a particular date. Snooze is also snoozed for a particular date. The difference is that when you snooze a message it disappears from your inbox until the date and time arrives. Flagged messages can be marked complete.

Steps

  • Navigate to Microsoft Outlook as you normally would.
  • Select a message.
  • Right click on message.
  • Mouse over Flag or Snooze as desired.
  • Set date and time
