How to Clear a Flag in Microsoft Outlook Email

You are having trouble clearing a flag in an email in Microsoft Outlook on the web.

Environment

Microsoft Outlook on the Web in a desktop browser.

Resolution

• Navigate to the affected email.
• Click the drop down menu to the right of the flag in the ribbon.
• Click Clear Flag
