In this article we will review how to access meeting information such as attendance in Microsoft Teams.
Environment
Microsoft Teams on a desktop browser.
Steps
- For each Teams meeting you create, a chat will be added to your Teams chat.
- Navigate to the chat for the meeting for which you want to see the meeting information.
- Across the top you can click on the area of interest.
- Here is what the attendance report looks like.
- You have the number of attendees, Start and end time, Average attendance time, Meeting duration and individual stats per attendee.
