How to Export Contacts from Outlook

In this article we will review how to export contacts from Outlook on the web.

Environment

Outlook on the web in a desktop browser.

Steps

• Navigate to: https://outlook.office.com/people/
• Click Home tab at the top if you are not already in it.
• Click Manage contacts in the ribbon.
• Click Export contacts.

• Click Export.
• Your contacts will now download.
