In this article we will review how to schedule a meeting from an email using Outlook on the Web.
Environment
Outlook on the web on a computer browser.
Steps
- Navigate to the email you wish to schedule a meeting from.
- Click the three dots on the right side. Mouse over Other reply actions.
- Click Reply all by meeting.

- It is possible that your browser's pop up blocker blocks the pop up window. Look in your URL bar and click on the icon that looks like a calendar with a slash through it.
- Select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://outlook.office.com
- Click Done.

- A new calendar invite will pop up. Contents of your email will be added to the description. Those on the email will be added as attendees. Modify as desired and click Send/Save at the top left.
