Unable to Modify Scale When Trying to Print

Issue

Users may sometimes be unable to modify the scale when printing.

Cause

This is due to the fact that web browsers other than Google Chrome are unable to adjust the scale from within their print dialogue.

Environment

Google Chrome

Resolution

1. Navigate to the document or image in Google Chrome.
2. Then proceed to select print.
3. From there, you must select More Settings towards the bottom.

4. There you have the option to adjust the scale of what you are printing.
