Body

About

Miguel 218 utilizes a Logitech PTZ Pro Camera that will automatically wake up once it detects a program needs to use it. It also has pan, tilt, and zoom functions to allow for more control of what can be seen by the camera. The Logitech PTZ Pro Camera utilizes a remote to control various functions such as Mirror, Zoom (In/Out), Pan & Tilt, Video mute, Far end control, Home, and 3 Camera presets.

Follow these best practices and troubleshooting techniques to ensure that the camera will run and work smoothly.

Best Practices

To ensure that the camera and the equipment in the room will always work, remember to power off the devices so that it maintains optimal performance. Rebooting the PC specifically is often a great way to ensure that updates and drivers are always up to date.

The Logitech PTZ Pro camera also allows you to pan, tilt, and zoom. To do this, you must use the Logitech Software that is currently installed on the built-in PC. Opening up the software will display the video feed of the camera along with controls that you can use to pan, tilt, and zoom.

There are three programs installed on the built-in PC that control various settings for the camera. Review these programs to see how it can benefit you.
