  • SOURCE SELECTION - Hint: It may take several seconds for the input to switch. Select a source to be displayed and the projector will turn on. The projector screen will automatically raise and lower. There is no need for a remote.
  • LAPTOP - Select this to connect a laptop to the projector with a VGA or HDMI connection.
Hint: Carefully connect the VGA cable end to your laptop. If VGA and HDMI are both connected at the same time, HDMI will always display over VGA. The many pins on the inside of the connector may become bent so check for damage. A VGA connection must be used with an audio jack for sound to work.
  • AIRPLAY - Select this to use the built in AirPlay wireless presentation device.

  • VIDEO CONF -  Select this button to create or join a meeting using the built in Google Meet Hardware. Google Meet Hardware is a device that enables video conferencing powered by Google. It boasts the ability to simultaneously connect up to 50 video sessions. Meetings are designated by their unique meeting codes. Please see additional instructions nearby for more help.
  • VOLUME - Use the volume dial to raise and lower the speaker volume.

Hint: The volume must also be raised on the video player (i.e. YouTube) and device (i.e. PC, tablet) you’re using. You can also adjust the volume using the physical Volume buttons on the opposite side.
  • SYSTEM OFF - Please ensure that you select the SYSTEM OFF button when finished with the podium.

Hint: The projector may take up to 2 minutes to warm up before use and 5-10 minutes to cool down before turning on again.
  • DISPLAY MUTE - Use this button to stop displaying an image through the projector temporarily. This may have been left on by the person using the projector before you and would need to be pressed again to enable the display. It may take several seconds for the image to reappear after unmuting.

  • AUDIO MUTE - Use this button to mute the audio. This may have been left on by the person using the projector before you and would need to be pressed again to enable the audio.
