Google Meet Hardware now provides the ability to present to the projector using an HDMI connection through the Google Meet Hardware tablet.

Steps

  1. To present via the HDMI cable on the Google Meet Hardware, you must first select VIDEO CONF on the Crestron Control Unit at the podium.
  2. Once this is done, plug in the green HDMI cable that is found at the podium to your device that you would like to present. image depicting the hdmi cable for the hangouts meet device
  3. Then, go to the Google Meet Hardware tablet and select Present to room only.image depicting the home screen
  4. Your screen should now be presented to the screen!
