Form fields:

 

Search by Location Name

When creating an event begin to type in the location name and select the desired room. When searching for a location you have the option to only show rooms that enforce the head count and locations that have no time conflicts. Once you select a location a brief description of the room will pop-up. This will display a max capacity and the rooms features such as projectors.

Saved Searches

You have the option to search locations through saved searches such as starred searches, all of your searches and public searches.

Advanced Search

The advanced will allow you to find a location by features needed such as podiums and projectors. The category which would be the location of the room for the event, Layout is the overall style of how the event would look. Lastly you are able to change the capacity of the room.
