In this article we will show you how to switch over to a shared email account in Outlook on the Web to manage signature and vacation message.

Environment

Microsoft Outlook Web App in a desktop browser.

Steps

• Navigate to Microsoft Outlook on the web as you normally would.
• Click your profile photo or initials at the top right.
• Click Open another mailbox

• Type in the mailbox you wish to manage and click Open.

• You will now be in your desired mailbox. Follow appropriate directions to manage signature or vacation message.
