AirPlay allows you to mirror exactly what is on your device to a projector in High Definition. The Kramer VIA GO allows for AirPlay connections on Apple devices. To wirelessly present on a Windows, Android, or Chromebook, please see the related articles. 

Steps

  1. Make sure the control unit on the podium is on the correct input for AirPlay.
  2. Connect your IOS Device to the JASPERNET WI-FI.
  3. On your iOS Device access the Control Center by swiping from the top of the screen.
  4. Select Screen Mirroring.
  5. A list will pop up. Click the name of the device you would like to wirelessly present to. 
  6. Underneath the name of the AirPlay device that you clicked on, a slide bar will appear next to the word "Mirroring", click on the slide bar to enable Mirroring:
  7. A code will pop up on the projector screen. Enter this code into the field that pops up on your iOS Device.
  8. The projector should then wirelessly display whatever is on your iOS device's screen.

Turning Off AirPlay

  1. Once you are done using AirPlay you must turn it off.
  2. Access the Control Center again and from the Screen Mirroring option select Stop Presenting.

This room is slightly different than other rooms on campus. It has an interactive  SMART Board 8084i Flat Panel with the a variety of interactive and specialty features. Please see article for more detail.
This room is a media room for the library. It features a projector, Apple TV, desktop PC with monitor and DVD player for various media needs. The projector and all of the sources: (desktop, laptop, Apple TV, DVD Player) are controlled by the Pixie Control Unit located on the the wall behind the teacher's station.
