This article describes how to schedule Passport Events in 25Live.
Environment
25Live.
Steps
Events need to be tagged in 25Live as follows to be included in the Passport calendar and email:
Step 1.
Include the Categories ADVERTISE - Website, Email, Digital Signage and App and Track Attendance / Passport Program.
Step 2.
The Organization also needs to be Passport Program.
Step 3.
To scan individuals into an event using Self service please use the below link:

Step 4.
Once this is done, it will take 20-30 minutes for CollegeNet"s feeds to be updated for the web calendars.
Event will show in attendance tracking event 6AM the day of the event.
