Troubleshooting the Scanner Driver

This article describes how to troubleshoot the scanner. 

Environment

Windows or Mac.

Steps

Step 1.

Make sure your computer is running the updated operating system.  

 

Step 2.

Make sure the scanner works on the computer using the ISIS Drivers. Click on the link below, download the file, unzip it and install the file to your computer.

Step 3.

On your computer, open the internet browser and search for the printer your computer is connected to. Look for the downloads for that printer.

 

Step 4.

Download and install the driver and firmware file. 

 

Step 5.

Reboot your computer.
