This article describes how to schedule Passport Events in 25Live.

25Live mobile view.
Steps
Events need to be tagged in 25Live as follows to be included in the Virtual calendar and email:
Step 1.
Include the Categories ADVERTISE - Virtual Events Calendar.
Step 2.
The Location also needs to be Virtual Event.
Step 3.
Once this is done, it will take 20-30 minutes for CollegeNet’s feeds to be updated for the web calendars.
