How to unlink a Google Sheet from Forms

This KBA is for when Google forms is no longer working. If you are having an issue where responses are no longer showing, the steps below can help fix the issue.

Environment

This method works with Mac and PC.

Steps

Start by unlinking the current sheet from your form. To do this, you can follow the steps below.

1. Open a form in Google Forms.

2. Under responses, click More (three dots). 

3. Click unlink. 

Next, relink the sheet.   

1. Under responses, click the sheets icon.

2. Select “existing spreadsheet”.
