How to Register with the Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC)

The Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC) is a nonprofit consortium of colleges, universities, and related groups committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the higher education workforce. HERC serves over 700 higher education institutions, hospitals, labs, and affiliated employers united by a shared vision of cultivating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive higher education workplace where people from all backgrounds and perspectives can thrive. HERC’s inclusive higher education workforce depends on systemic change best achieved through institutional collaboration, the development of innovative tools that can be shared and leveraged, and an engaged network of committed faculty and staff.

By logging into HERConnect, you will be able to:

 Network with your peers
 Post questions and share resources in global and regional communities
 Access information on local recruitment/job seeker outreach

Steps

  1. Go to https://member.hercjobs.org/login/register

Fill out your email, First and Last Name, your Job Title at the College and Manhattan College as the institution, as you see below.  Then, pick a secure Password. Type it in twice to confirm it’s the same

  1. You’ll receive an email to note that approval is pending. If you have questions, contact HERC directly: https://member.hercjobs.org/contactus
