This guide explains the utilization of the Leo 113B hybrid learning system.
Environment
Leo 113B Hybrid Learning System
Steps
The system consists of two TVs. The TV on the left is the video conferencing system. The TV to the right is the presentation system.
Setting up the Video Conferencing System
- Turn on the TV using the remote
- Turn on the chromebox
- Login to your Jaspernet Account
- Navigate to Google Meet
- Join your meeting
Setting up the Presentation System
- Turn on the TV using the remote
- Connect your laptop to the HDMI connection as you normally would in any other classroom
- Join the same Google Meet, but use Presentation Mode by clicking "Present" as shown in the below screenshot
