This article explains how faculty can easily look up their class lists. This includes historical class lists.
Environment
Desktop Browser accessing Banner Self-Service 9x.
Steps
- Access Banner Self-Service.
- Sign In using your Jaspernet credentials.
- Click the Banner menu at the top left it looks like four white squares.
- In the menu, click Banner
- Click Faculty and Advisors
- Scroll down the menu and click on Class List (9x).
- Buy default all terms are shown. You can select a particular term by clicking the drop down menu "All terms". You can also search for a particular course using the search box on the right side of the screen. To the left of the search is a drop down menu allowing you to filter your search.
- Once you have identified the course you wish to see the class list for, click on it. Note that clicking on Course Title of CRN provides you details of the course. Clicking anywhere else in the record provides the class list.
- Note that you have the ability to email your course from the class list page. Simply select the students you wish to email and then click the email icon on the top right which looks like a blue envelope.
- Also you can search for a student using the search box and filters at the top right.
