This article reviews how to update your profile photo in Moodle.
Environment
Moodle on a desktop browser.
Steps
- Navigate to Moodle as you normally would.
- At the top right of the screen next to your name, click the drop down arrow and select profile as shown below.
- Click edit profile under the User details section as shown below. Edit profile is on the right side of that box.
- Scroll down until you see the section entitles User picture. In that section there is a box to the right of the words New picture. You can upload your new image there by dragging it and dropping it into that box or clicking the box and navigating to the correct image in your file app. Below screen shot shows what I described here.
- When done, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update profile.
