How to Enable Casting on Google Chrome

This article will walk you through enabling the casting option on Google Chrome.

Environment

Google Chrome in a desktop browser.

Steps

  1. Open Google Chrome

  2. Type in chrome://flags in the Search bar

  3. Search “Cast”

  4. Under the first option “Connect to Cast devices on all IP addresses” click the box to the right and select Enabled.

  1. At the bottom right, Chrome will ask to Relaunch. Click Relaunch and casting will be enabled for Chrome.
