Issue
You are trying to publish an email template that contains a $ in the text of the email.
Environment
Banner Communication Management
Resolution
- Banner Communication Management will not allow $ in an email template as it is used in the Insert field code.
- Type a \ before the $ to resolve the issue. The \ will not show in the email that is sent. It should be typed like this: \$
