Undergraduate Registration Form Instructions for Advisors

In this article we will review how Advisors use the Undergraduate Registration Form.

Environment

Softdocs in a desktop browser.

Steps

  • You will get an email from noreply@etrieve.manhattan.edu that a student has submitted a form. The email will have a link to the completed form for you to view.

  • At the bottom of the form is a section for you to input comments or directions for the student, a signature box and a date picker. All fields are required in order for you to complete approval, denial or return back to the student for edits.

  • The buttons for Approve, Decline and Return are located at the bottom left of the window in the black area.

  • If you chooses to return the form for the student to edit, you need to click Return. A window will open and the student's name will be listed. Click on the student's name and it will return the form to them.
  • When approved, denied or returned the student will get an email updating them on steps they need to complete.
