In this article we will review how to set or edit your work hours in Microsoft Outlook.

Environment

Microsoft Outlook in a desktop browser.

Steps

  • Navigate to Microsoft Outlook as you normally would.
  • Click on the Gear icon at the top right menu.
  • Click Calendar on the left side menu.
  • Click Work hours and location.
  • Adjust your work hours and location per day as desired.
