Microsoft Outlook Calendar Scheduling Poll

The Scheduling Poll in Outlook Calendar is an option for scheduling meetings. It allows you to send your attendees suggested meeting times that they can vote on.

Environment

Microsoft Outlook on the Web in a desktop browser.

Steps

  • Click into a date and time on your calendar where you would like to schedule a meeting. 
  • Add your desired attendees.
  • Click the Scheduling poll button in the ribbon.
  • You will see suggested times where all attendees are available.
  • Select whichever times you would like to suggest for the meeting.
  • Click the Next button at the bottom right.

  • Your selected times will show for confirmation.
  • Click Create poll.

  • An Outlook Email draft will appear including your poll. Customize as you see fit, and click send when done.
