In this article we will review how to pin an app to the left side menu of Microsoft Office 365 for quick access.
Environment
Microsoft Office 365 in a desktop browser.
Steps
- Navigate to Office 365 as you normally would.
- Click into the Apps as you normally would.
- Mouse over the desired app and click the 3 dot menu.
- Click Pin
- Your desired app will show on the left side menu.
Unpinning an app
- To unpin an app, mouse over the app and click the unpin icon to the right of the app.
