Issue
Either a network disruption or a printer issue can cause your computer's print queue to pause.
Environment
Device with a print queue.
Resolution
- Identify the event trigger and ensure that connectivity to the printer is re-established or ensure the printer is working again.
- If a network printer, you can try pinging the IP address to ensure connectivity.
- Try rebooting printer.
- Once the precipitating event has been resolved, you may need to un-pause or click play on your print queue.
