This article reviews how to check the status of a payment in Banner Self-Service 9x Finance.
Environment
Banner Self-Service 9x Finance Module in a desktop browser.
Steps
- Navigate to your desired query. See this article on how to create a query, if you do not already have a query.
- Click into your desired account type in the left column where the payment should reside.

- On the Budget Status by Account screen, identify the Account where your payment should reside on the left side.

- Scroll to the right until you see the Year to Date column and click on the correct account row.

- You will see all purchases for that account listed. Click the i in a circle icon to the right of your desired document code.


- You will see the history for that purchase and current status. When done viewing, click the OK button at the bottom of the pop up window to close it.
