You may have more than one Microsoft account either from a second employer or a personal account. This article teaches you how to toggle between these account and ensure you are in the correct one.
Environment
Microsoft Office 365 in a desktop browser.
Steps
On the Microsoft Office 365 Main Page
- At the bottom left, click your name. The account you are currently in is displayed on top. You have the option to toggle over to another account previously logged in or to sign in with a different account.
In a Microsoft Web App
- At the top right click your initials. The account you are currently in is displayed on top. You have the option to toggle over to another account previously logged in or to sign in with a different account.
