In this article we will review how to manage co presenters in Microsoft Teams local app.

Environment

Microsoft Teams local app installed on a desktop or laptop computer.

Steps

Setting Up a Co-Presenter Prior to Meeting Start

  • In Microsoft Teams, click Calendar from the left side menu.
  • Select the event you wish to work on.
  • Click Edit
  • Select whether you want to edit this event, all events or this and future events.
  • Click Options next to Teams meeting

  • Click Roles on the right side.
  • Select your co-organizers.
  • Click Apply at the bottom right.

Setting Up a Co-Presenter During a Meeting

  • Click Controls in the menu at the top.
  • Click View more options.

  • Click Roles on the right side.
  • Select your co-organizers.
  • Click Apply at the bottom right.
