In this article we will review how to manage co presenters in Microsoft Teams local app.
Environment
Microsoft Teams local app installed on a desktop or laptop computer.
Steps
Setting Up a Co-Presenter Prior to Meeting Start
- In Microsoft Teams, click Calendar from the left side menu.
- Select the event you wish to work on.
- Click Edit
- Select whether you want to edit this event, all events or this and future events.
- Click Options next to Teams meeting

- Click Roles on the right side.
- Select your co-organizers.
- Click Apply at the bottom right.

Setting Up a Co-Presenter During a Meeting
- Click Controls in the menu at the top.
- Click View more options.

- Click Roles on the right side.
- Select your co-organizers.
- Click Apply at the bottom right.
