In this article we will review how to check members and permissions in SharePoint on the web.
Environment
SharePoint on the Web on a desktop browser.
Steps
- Navigate to the SharePoint web app as you normally would.
- Click into your desired SharePoint site.
- At the top right, click members.
Hint: (If you do not see the members button, you likely do not have the appropriate permissions and should contact ITS.)
- You will see who has access and their level of access.
