Connecting to Enterprise Jaspernet WiFi

In this article, we will review how employees can connect their mobile devices, laptops, or desktops to the Enterprise Manhattan University Jaspernet Wi-Fi.

Note: Users with campus-managed Windows machines may already have Jaspernet-Enterprise installed automatically. Please verify Jaspernet-Enterprise is not already installed before continuing with this guide.

Required Devices/Equipment

The computer or mobile device you will be using to register.

Steps

1. Navigate to the following URL:
   https://go.manhattan.edu/jaspernetenterprise 
    
2. You should see the following on the page:
   If this is your first time following this guide, you will need to set up the "HPE Networking Onboard" app.
    
3. This page should automatically detect your operating system. Please use the download link or the link to your device's app store to download.

4. Follow the installation instructions.
5. Once you have the software installed, come back to this page and click the "Yes, I have the HPE Aruba Networking Onboard app" button.
   
6. If not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in. Please log in to your Manhattan University Jaspernet Account.
7. Click the "Install using HPE Aruba Networking Onboard app" button.
   
8. This should open the "HPE Aruba Networking Onboard" app. You should see the following window:
   
9. Press the "Set up network profile" button. The app should now start the install process. Once complete, you should see the following screen:
   
10. This page should show you the network name, Jaspernet-Enterprise, and the date that this certificate expires. You should now be able to connect to Jaspernet-Enterprise. You will need a new profile every 6 months. This time limit may change in the future.
