Microsoft Software Troubleshooting

Issue

Microsoft software not working properly and/or displaying error messages.

Solution

  1. Go to Uninstall a Program in the Control Panel and find the Microsoft software that you are troubleshooting.
  2. Select Change
  3. Select Repair and let it finish
  4. Test to make sure the software works.
