A main feature of the Padcaster is the ability to livestream. There are many apps which allow you to livestream using the Padcaster. These apps will be included with the iPad when you are loaned the Padcaster Kit.
List of Apps
- YouTube - Click this link to see how to go live after logging in via the YouTube App. Select the Mobile Tab for the iPad section.This livestream option is reserved for accounts that have more than 100 subscribers.
- Facebook - Click this link to see how to go live after logging in via Facebook.
- Twitter - Click this link to see how to go live after logging in via Twitter.
Note that when using these social media apps for livestreaming, you should use the account of the department that you are part of, not your personal account.
