Issue
Computer has lost access to Virtual Private Network (VPN ) services and will no longer work.
Environment
Windows Virtual Machine
Resolution
To fix this issue, you can simply disable and then enable the ethernet card from within the Windows Virtual Machine. This will reset the internet, allowing the VPN to work again. For more help, please see this KBA on Disabling and Enabling Ethernet on Windows 10.
