Issue
The VIA app will not allow you to present your screen to the Kramer VIA Go wireless presnetation system in the room because your application is out of date.

Windows, Mac, Andiord, and iOS.
Resolution
Windows and Mac
When you run the Kramer VIA application on these devices you will be prompted to update the application if it is out of date. If it is out of date you will not be able to present. Simply follow the link for instructions provided.
