Please follow the below steps to troubleshoot scanner driver issues.
Environment
Computer using Windows 10.
Steps
1. Make sure your computer is running Windows 10.
2. Make sure the scanner works on the computer using the ISIS Drivers. Click on the link below, download and install the file.

3. On your computer, open your Internet browser and search for the printer your computer is connected to. Look for the downloads for that printer.
4. Download and install the driver and firmware file.
5. Reboot your computer.
Additional Troubleshooting
Step 1: Double click the scanner Icon on the page.
Step 2: When the blank list pops up unclick the box that says " display all connected devices" this will allow the EPSON scanner to appear on the list.
Step 3: choose the EPSON scanner from the list that appears after unclicking the box.
