Duo Offline Access Prompting to Re-Enroll

Issue

You login to your computer and Duo is requesting you to re-enroll for Offline Access. This can happen when your phone and/or computer gets an update.

Environment

Windows and Mac computers

Resolution

  • Note that prior enrollment on your Duo Mobile app will no longer work and should be deleted.
  • Follow the prompts to re-enroll for offline access.
