Triangle Exclamation Point Warning of Unsaved Changes in Recently Opened Area in Banner Forms

About

In this article we will review the Exclamation Point Triangle Warning in the recently opened area on Banner Forms.

Environment

Banner forms on a desktop browser.

Steps

  • Navigate to Banner Forms as you normally would.
  • You will need to have an open form with an unsaved change to see this. So open a form of your choosing and make a change, but do NOT save the change.
Hint: (Always save when intended changes are made.)
  • On the left side menu, click the recently opened option which looks like an open file folder.

  • Note the Exclamation point in the triangle icon shows next to the form that I made an unsaved change in.

  • It is recommended that you check your recently opened area prior to closing out your Banner session to ensure you do not lose any unsaved work.
