This article reviews Banner Self-Service 9 My Hub where you can get certification of enrollment.

Environment

Banner Self-Service 9 in a desktop browser.

Steps

  • Navigate to Banner Self-Service as you normally would.
  • Click on the four square menu at the top left.
  • Click Banner
  • Click Student

  • Click Clearinghouse Enrollment Services- MYHUB

  • You may be prompted to login.

  • You will be directed to the Myhub Terms of Use Page. You will need to review it, scroll to the bottom, accept, and click Next.

  • You will now have to setup Multi Factor Authentication. Your options are:
    • Google Authenticator
    • SMS AKA Text Message
    • Email

  • Follow the onscreen instructions to setup your authentication option.
  • You will have the option to setup more authentication options if you would like to do so.
  • Once you have gone through the authentication setup process, you will be brought to the My Hub main page.
  • Click on Enrollment History to view it.

Hint: (Note that certificates for each semester aren't available until approximately one month into that semester.)
  • You will now see your enrollment history. Click the drop down arrow to the right of the certificate you wish to download.

  • Click Download Certificate

  • You will be brought to this screen where you can Download or Order Transcript.
