Hint: (Once you have downloaded the authenticator app do not take further action until you have reviewed the below instructions.)
Setup Instructions
- Using the above links, download the correct version of Microsoft Authenticator to your phone.
- When you log into your Microsoft account via a computer at https://www.office.com/, you will be presented with a screen where it will ask you to keep your account secure. It prompts you to download the Microsoft Authenticator App and provides a link to do so. Since you have already done this, you can click Next.

- At the next screen it instructs you to allow notifications if prompted and then to click add account and select work or school on your phone in the app when prompted.
- Click Next.

- You will not be prompted with a QR code on your computer. You will now need to use your phone to scan this QR code using the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone.
- After scanning the QR Code, click Next.

- In the Microsoft Authenticator App, at the main screen, you will click the + to add a new account.

- Click Work or School Account


- Now put your phone up to the QR code that was displayed earlier


- Once that's done, it will ask you to enter the number.

Once you enter your number, your authenticator is setup for your Manhattan University Microsoft Account
